One day, while working at a small but mighty agency called Altman & Manley in Boston, Rich was recruited to head up the writing team in Apple Computer’s legendary Creative Services Group. He and Apple flourished under that arrangement for a good long time.
When the group at Apple was disbanded eight years later, Rich founded his own creative firm.
